BTS Strata Services works with every new client to provide gardening services to maintain the common areas of the property.
We can provide a frequency of gardening services to meet our client’s expectation and budget.
Our staff will treat your garden like its their own, this will allow the areas to flourish.
The following are our standard services, but we can tailor less or additional tasks to meet your building requirements:

Mowing Lawns including edging
Pruning at appropriate times of the year

Maintaining hedges
Removal of excess leaf litter
Weeding
Mulching of garden beds
Tree removal
Installation of new garden areas
Top dress of lawn areas
Maintain fertiliser plans for garden beds and lawn areas
Maintain and repair of irrigation systems
